My design journey

My design journey

I first discovered UX design while pursuing my Health Informatics degree through a Human Factors & Usability Engineering course, where I became fascinated with the design process.

To pursue design, I self-taught myself UX design—studying design principles, analyzing case studies, and gaining hands-on experience in the industry through freelance work.

Since then, I have gained experience working in industries including telecommunications, business intelligence, and digital health.

A little bit about myself

A little bit about myself

Challenging myself has always been a factor and mindset that has kept me growing and hungry to do and learn more. This mindset was cultivated through my work ethic I built through years of Olympic weightlifting from a young age along with my natural curiosity. From Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting to Brazilian jiujitsu to programming and digital art, I have the urge to explore and challenge myself and excel in all of my endeavours.

When I'm not designing…

When I'm not designing…

Outside of work, challenging my physicality has always been what excited me. Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, Brazilian jiujitsu are all activities I hone my craft in.

As they say, 'movement is medicine' and exercise has always made me feel so alive.

proverb
"To live for the benefit of humanity."

A motto that inspires me to channel entrepreneurship, innovation, and audacity into my life (and designs) for the greater humanity.
